Using the GUI:
- Log
in to your FortiGate:

your web browser and log in to your FortiGate firewall.
- Navigate
to Policy & Objects:
- Go
to Policy & Object > Traffic Shapping.

o Traffic
priority select High

Bandwidth unit select Mbps

Maximum bandwidth on (set speed 3Mbps)

Garanteed Bandwidth on (set speed 3Mbps)
5.Go
to Traffic Shaping Policies
o
Click Create New
o
Name (Set name of traffic shaping ex.
LAN-3Mbps)
6.If
Traffic Matches:
o
Source interface (select lan that you to
limited)
o
Outgoing interface (select port WAN)
o
Source (Select All or You can customize
Address your Lan)
o
Destination (select all)
o
Service (select all)
7.Then
section
o
Turn on Apply shaper
o
Shared Shaper (Equal Upload speed)
o
Reverse shaper (Equal Download speed)
o
Click Ok
